An adaquate water source depends on the size of the job. For most jobs up to an acre, a standard hose connection will be fine. For larger jobs, access to a city fire hydrant or a pond from which we can draw water will be needed. If an adaquate water source is not available, an extra charge will be added for the time involved.
For locations further than 35 miles from Pearland City Hall (as determined by Yahoo Maps), there will be a charge of 64 cents/mile added to cover fuel costs.

A properly prepared seed bed is required for a quality lawn. The seed bed preporation will be the same regardless of the type of lawn (sod, sprig or seed). All rocks, limbs and any foreign objects will need to be removed. The soil should be prepped and ready for spraying when we arrive. If you have any questions about preparing the seed bed, please call us and we'll be happy to go over it with you. Your lawn will only be as smooth as the ground beneath it.
