SCH Warranty of Services
Space City Hydroseeders' goal is for the customer to have a beautiful lawn. We will perform the
best job we can, using the best products available. However once we leave, it's in the customer's
hands and we cannot be responsible for poor results caused by the customer or other acts out of
our control. The customer will receive detailed instructions outlining watering, fertilizing and
disease control measures. It's up to the customer to follow these instructions to ensure positive
results.
Warranty Limitations:
- No refunds, warranty limited to re-application of seed.
- Warranty only in effect if customer has an automatically timed irrigation system capable of
running at least 4 scheduled timings per day.
- Does not cover "Acts of God" such as drought, hail, Tropical Storms/Hurricanes or unusually heavy
amounts of rain.
- Does not cover areas near down spouts and bottoms of ditches.
- Does not cover the loss of any soil or ground cover due to runoff of heavy rains.
- Does not cover loss due to disease such as fungus as a result of over watering or bad drainage.
If all criteria is met and we agree that problem was caused due to our negligence, we will re-shoot
the lawn one time at no expense to the customer.
If problem is caused by any other reason other than our negligence, we will re-shoot lawn (up to
10,000 sq. ft) one time at ½ cost of original price.
Please understand that we want you to have a beautiful lawn that you are proud to tell your
family and friends about. If you have problems, we want to help. It's in our best interest for
our customers to be happy.
